Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

- Pillow Cases (opened packages)
- Light Bulbs (all types)
- Command Strips & Hooks (opened packages)
- Furniture Hardware (opened packages)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions.
Step 4: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email notification
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method
Refund Timelines:
